My first deco on a muffin

My trial to decorate a muffin start with a butter icing. With all the

ingredients, I choose a recipe. Confident with my choice, I put it in the piping bag and begin to decorate the muffin. Once the icing came out, it just laying down on the muffin and waallaa.......It's too heavy and melting on the top of the muffin.

Lastly I just put in all covered on top of muffin and sprinkle some colourful rice and star to make it look better.

Ok, next time I will try to find a better recipe for the butter icing and I found one from an expert. I'll try it soon and we'll see, till then, I eat th emuffin first..

My first deco for a muffin

Yesterday I manage to baked a chocolate muffin and decided to decorate it. Trying my luck to use a new recipe for the icing. After prepare the strawberry flavour and pink colour , I tried to used icing pipe but it's not working. Finally I just cover it properly and sprinkle some rice to colour to make it look better.
So I learn that I have to find another recipe to prepare the butter icing and will try again next time to improve my muffin's decoration....
